Vignettes and short bits – Kicking myself for leaving my camera behind

This morning I took K’san for a walk at the off-leash park and left the camera behind – bad, bad, bad. I missed out on a great opportunity to capture some beautiful images. With a heavy frost the mud on the ground from the previous days rain, crunched beneath my feet as I walked along the trails at the park. The frost was sparkling on the colourful leaves as they waited for the sun to rise and melt the crystals away. I just seemed more aware than usual of my surroundings. So instead I had to settle for a few photos of the last of the frost that was in my back yard upon returning home. Here are a couple of favourites I took before the frost disappeared. Leslie
