Welcome to Wilderness Light Images

We are embracing a new direction with our new website; it may develop a little slow at first but in time and with more confidence as we progress the fruits of our labour will flourish.  If you had stumbled across our new website in the past few months, we are glad to say that it is “Under Construction No More”.  We are extremely excited to launch this new website and for us it is like a garden, and just like a garden grows, so will this site.  We will be adapting as it grows, weeding out what doesn’t work and planting anew.  This is a place where we can grow knowledge, inspiration, thoughts and ideas on photography and at the same time sharing with everyone some of our favourite photographs.

We are planning to have a number of regular features (although we use the word regular rather loosely) and random posts.   Some of these features include One Subject – Two Views, Walkin’ the Dog, G2 – Gear & Gadgets, Travels & Wanderings, and Quotes.

Our image galleries will continue to grow, with more photographs being added to them and with more new galleries; so continue to check back often to see more of our images.  In addition to showcasing our photographs, the majority of them are available for commercial usage as rights-managed stock images, and the rights can be directly purchased from the site and the images downloaded for immediate use.  In the near future, we will also have prints available to purchase directly from the site and a number of our really favourite images will be available as limited edition fine art prints.

So have a little patience with us as we sow the seeds that will bring our “Photographer’s Garden” to life. We invite you to follow us through the cultivation of this website as it takes shape.  Let us know what you think of our new site, we would really love to hear from you.
